Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PLOTIMM website and your purchases from PLOTIMM ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, checking out as a guest or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to create an account or place an order.

• Keep your contact, billing and delivery details accurate and up to date.
• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Guest checkout uses a one-time code sent to your email address to confirm it belongs to you.
• We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after payment is received.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example when an item is unavailable, a price or description is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CA$). Applicable sales taxes (such as HST) and any delivery fee are shown at checkout before you pay.

Branch discounts, special-day pricing and coupons apply only while active and cannot be combined unless stated. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

We work hard to describe every product accurately — its title, size, material, quantity, specifications and options.

If an item you receive does not match its title, description or selected options, contact us within 14 days of pickup or delivery and we will exchange it or refund you in full, including any delivery fee for that item.

Stock levels shown are live but not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Preorder and backordered items are allocated in the order they were placed and released dates are estimates.

If an item is stocked at a different branch, we transfer it to the branch you chose and email you when your order is ready. You will not be charged extra for transfers.

• Pickup orders are held for 14 days after we notify you that they are ready. Please bring your order number; we may ask for identification.
• Delivery is available to addresses within 100 km of one of our branches. Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout.
• Someone must be available to receive deliveries. If a delivery attempt fails we will contact you to rebook.
• Risk of loss passes to you when you collect the order or when it is delivered to your address or site.

Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned to the branch within 30 days of pickup or delivery with proof of purchase. Items cut to length, special orders and opened consumables (such as solvent cement) cannot be returned unless defective or not as described.

Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other applicable consumer law.

XP is earned on completed orders and qualifying referrals and is recorded in your account. XP, tiers, referral levels and reward coupons have no cash value, are not transferable and may be adjusted if an order is cancelled or refunded.

Referral rewards require a genuine new customer to complete their first order. Self-referrals and abuse may result in removal of rewards. We may change the rewards program with notice on this website.

Electrical products must be installed in accordance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and applicable laws, and electrical work may require a licensed electrical contractor and a permit. Product information on this website is general and is not installation advice. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and confirm suitability, ratings and approvals for your application.

Do not misuse the website — including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, scraping at scale, or interfering with security. Website content, logos and design belong to us or our licensors; you may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost profits or project delays). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including to rights you have as a consumer.

We may update these Terms. The version and date at the top show when they last changed; changes apply to orders placed after that date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
